I started in real estate nearly 10 years ago with no shortcuts — working across major agencies and boutique firms, learning the industry from the inside, and watching closely where landlords lost money and why.
During that time, I was also building my own portfolio. From the ground up — researching, buying, managing, learning. That portfolio is now valued at over $4M. It's also the reason I approach every client's property the way I approach my own: strategically, carefully, and with a long-term view.
I founded XGEM Property Management because I wanted to offer investors something I'd struggled to find myself — a property manager who genuinely understands the investor's perspective. Not someone who just processes paperwork, but someone who thinks about performance.
Being a mum to two boys has also shaped the way I work — I understand what it means to be time-poor, to need things handled properly the first time, and to want clear communication without having to chase. I bring that same standard to every property I manage.
